Krzysztof Krempeć graduated from the Physical Education Academy, Gdańsk. In
1988, he co-founded "MERCOR" S.A. and has been its Vice-President since then. From
March 31st 2008 he has been President of the Management Board of "MERCOR" S.A.
He is the largest shareholder of the Company holding now 26.20% of the share
capital.
